THE DEALERSHYFT ADVANTAGE
Our support teams are based in Belize, a small Central American country that sits closer to your dealership than you’d expect, and whose people bring a work ethic built on service.
LANGUAGE
Belize is a true English as First Language country. Conversations with our team don’t run through a script written by someone else and read back in a second language. The accent is mild and easy to follow, and the phrasing is natural, because it’s how people there actually talk.
Most of the team carries a second language on top of that. The majority of Belizeans are bilingual, typically with Spanish, which means your dealership can reach a wider slice of car buyers without adding headcount or handing the work to a separate vendor.

CULTURE
Belizeans grow up on the same television, the same sports leagues, and the same news cycle as the rest of the US. Your team isn’t guessing at American context, they’re following it in real time, even though the day to day environment around them looks nothing like a US suburb.
That familiarity shows up on the phone and in the DMs. A customer asking about a truck, a trade-in, or a Sunday football promotion is talking to someone who already gets the reference, not someone working from a glossary.
CHARACTER
We’ve always believed great customer support starts with a heart built to serve. Everything else, the scripts, the tools, the CRM, can be taught. That instinct can’t.
Belize’s history is rooted in people showing up for one another, and it carries straight through into the work ethic on our floor. It’s the difference between a rep who’s following a process and one who actually wants the customer to have a good outcome.
That’s the case for Belize in three parts: a language advantage, a cultural one, and a people one. Together they’re why our support feels less like an outsourced vendor and more like an extension of your front desk.
